I started out building and maintaining WordPress websites, and quickly found that what I enjoy most is making online businesses run smoothly behind the scenes. Over the years that grew into hands-on e-commerce operations across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify and WooCommerce — listings, inventory, orders, customer support and reporting.
Today I work as a dependable, long-term extension of my clients’ teams. I take messy, time-consuming workflows and turn them into clear, repeatable systems, then keep them running week after week.

Alongside client work, I support government skills programs as an NSDA-certified trainer and assessor. On 9 April 2025, on behalf of E-Learning & Earning Ltd., I served as exam invigilator for the trainee selection exam of the NHRDF (National Human Resource Development Fund) free training program on Graphic Design & Digital Marketing, run exclusively for Dhaka district youth.

My freelancing journey started with the government’s Learning & Earning Development Project (LEDP) under the ICT Division, where I completed 200 hours of professional outsourcing training in Web Design & Development in 2020.
I went on to become the top earner of the entire Dhaka district in the LEDP program, and was honoured with a laptop award at a ceremony in Dhaka on 18 October 2021. It was the moment that proved freelancing could become a real career.
